Autocleanup of file storage

The "Automatic file storage cleanup" widget is designed to automatically control free space in your Kommo account. The widget runs in the background and monitors the status of the file storage.

Basic principle of operation:
• The widget periodically checks the amount of free space in the storage
• When approaching the set limits, it automatically deletes the oldest files
• Deletion follows the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle - the oldest file is deleted first
• Cleanup runs on schedule and gradually frees up space over several passes if necessary

The widget allows you to configure two types of control:
1. By storage time - files older than the specified number of days are automatically deleted
2. By amount of free space - when free space reaches a critical minimum, the widget starts deleting the oldest files

Automatic space management
The widget works completely autonomously, without requiring manual intervention. You set the rules once, and the system itself takes care that the storage does not overflow.

Flexible storage policy configuration
• You can only use time control
• You can use only volume control
• You can combine both methods for maximum efficiency
• If you set the values ​​to 0 or leave the fields empty, the corresponding control will be disabled

Overflow protection
The widget is especially useful for accounts with a large flow of documents and files. It is recommended to set the minimum amount of free space based on the average amount of data that is downloaded in 1-2 hours of work. This will ensure there is enough time to clear the storage.

File deletion
The widget deletes files starting with the oldest ones. Cleanup happens gradually, so several task runs may be required for large amounts of data.

Cost optimization
Automatic cleanup of old files helps you stay within your storage plan and avoid additional costs for expanding disk space.

After installing the widget, go to the "Settings" section:
1. Enter how many days files should be stored (if 0 or empty, storage-time control will be disabled).
2. Enter how much free space should remain in storage in MB (if 0 or empty, free-space control will be disabled). Please specify the expected amount of free space based on the average amount of data uploaded in one hour.
3. Click "Save".
