Widget setup

To configure the widget, you need to go to settings

Next you need to click on Add

A new script will be displayed (by default for leads)
In order to open the script, you must click on the arrow

The settings window will open. In the Enter the name of the script field you need to enter the name

Next you need to Add a block, open Block 1
Enter the block name and description

When you click on Add a drop-down list, an element will appear where you need to enter a Title or a question that the client must answer. In the drop-down list, select the field in which the answer will be written.

Next, enter answer options

When you click on Add a text field, an element will appear where you need to enter a Title or a question that the client must answer. In the drop-down list, select the field in which the answer will be written

When you click on Add text area, an element will appear where you need to enter a Title or a question that the client must answer. In the drop-down list, select the field in which the answer will be written

When you click on Add Date, an element will appear where you need to enter a Name or a question that the client must answer. In the drop-down list, select the field in which the answer will be written.
In the script, this field will open with a calendar

If necessary, you can add a new block

To go to the next block, click on Add button, enter a name and select the block name in the list

You can also add an existing Salesbot that will launch when you click on the button or add a new one if you click on Open Salesbot settings

In the new block we also add elements for clarification

After creating the script, you must click on Save


After creating the script, you can edit it, but be sure to then click on Save

To run a script when talking with a client, you need to go to the Scripts tab in the lead and select the desired script

Click Start conversation

After finishing the conversation, you need to click:
End conversation - all fields that were filled in during the conversation will be recorded
End conversation without filling in the fields - the fields will not be filled in

After the conversation ends, the result of the conversation will be displayed

A note will also be added

Scripts are essentially a company

Scripts can also be run in the Company entity; for this, when creating, you must specify in the For companies drop-down list

After creating the script, this script will appear in companies
