Processes in tasks

The widget allows you to customize options for task types. In each task, it will be possible to configure options for its execution, block and allow flags to perform actions. Kommo users who have administrator rights can transfer the task even if the widget has the no flag.

First, you need to create task types

To do this, it is necessary:
1. Go to the Tasks section
2. Click on the three dots
3. Click on "Task Type Management"
4. Enter the task name and Save
Next, go to the widget settings and click on Add Block
In the drop-down list, select the type of task that has been created.
After selecting the task type, you can select the settings for this type.:

1. You can't reschedule a task, which means that you can't change the time and date of the task.
2. You can't close a task without a result - when you close a task, you must write the result.
3. The result is only from the list below - when selected, a block will be displayed in which you can select a bot. When the task is completed, the selected salesbot will be launched (more details will follow)
4. Prohibit changing the task type - it means that the task type cannot be changed.
If you select a Result only from the list below, the Add Result button will appear.
When clicked, two fields will appear
1. The field where you can enter the name
2. The drop-down list in which you need to select the Salesbot

You can select as many results as you want by clicking on Add Result.
You can also create a new salesbot directly in settings by clicking on Open Salesbot Settings.

Prohibition Checkboxes


Prohibit dragging tasks in Kanban - prohibits transferring tasks to Task tabs
Prohibit closing all tasks in the list and remove the "Edit" button from the date in the task - prohibits closing all tasks and editing the date of execution.
To add settings to another type of task, click on Add Block.

To prohibit actions in a certain pipeline/pipelines, select this funnel in the settings.

If you do not select anything, the ban will apply to all pipelines.

Working at salesbot

Using the widget through salesbot, you can set tasks and perform bot actions after it is completed.

To do this, go to the pipeline settings

1. At the appropriate stage, click +Add Trigger

2. Select +Salesbot

3. Select the trigger conditions and click +Create a new bot

4. Select Create a new bot

5. Select Widgets

6. Find the Processes widget in Tasks and click Add


It is not necessary to use cloning of widget blocks, as this may lead to a violation of the structure of the sales bot process.

7. To make further adjustments, click on the pencil

8. Select the type of task to be created

9. Choose the person responsible for the task.

10. Next, in the drop-down list, select the time it takes to complete the task.

Or from the current moment and enter the number of minutes in the field

Either from the time of the field and then select this field

11. Next, enter the task text

12.Add the result by clicking on + Create and enter the result name

13. Add the required number of results and click Save

14. Next, select the actions that the bot will perform after completing the task


Important. Stop the bot after each action.

Save all settings

Forms

Forms are necessary to fill in fields, for example, so that the manager fills in certain fields during the task and does not search for them in the transaction tabs, you can fill out a form before closing the task.


To do this, go to the configured bot and click on the pencil.

Click on the arrow next to the result name and select the fields

If necessary, select fields for all results.


Make sure to save the settings
