Merge company duplicates in Kommo

Automatic merging of duplicates of companies. As soon as a duplicate appears in the system, the widget combines the company's data. When merging in the final company, all non-empty fields in duplicates are filled in, if the same field is filled in duplicates, the value from the older contact is selected.

The following fields are the signs for the merger of companies:

phone
email (e-mail)
additional fields

Also, the merge can occur according to the following schemes:

combining duplicates of companies in favor of a more previously created company;
combining duplicates of companies in favor of a newer company.

When merging, the system automatically writes a note indicating information about the companies that have been merged. The merge can be canceled and added to the exception.
When merging in the final company, all non-empty fields in duplicates are filled in.
The widget can process up to 3,000 companies per day.

Go to settings

After installation, open Settings → tab "Combining duplicates of companies".

Selecting fields to combine

In the drop-down list, select the field by which the association will be performed ( phone number, email, etc.).

Important: the merge will occur if at least one of the selected fields matches.

Example: if the number and email are specified, and only the companies have the same number, they will be combined. One number and both emails will be saved in the final card.

Adding exceptions

If you want to avoid combining for certain values:

Press "+".
Enter your phone number or email address.
Click "Save".

Starting processing of an existing database

To combine existing duplicates in Kommo, enable the option "Enable database processing first?" — the widget will start checking all companies in the database.

Blocking the creation of duplicates

Enable the option "Block the creation of a company..." — when you try to create a duplicate, the system will warn you and give you a link to an existing company.

Cancellation can be made only within 30 days from the date of the merger. After the expiration of 30 days, the old deleted entities are permanently deleted from Kommo.
