Hiding fields/tabs by
managers/pipelines

The widget allows you to configure by managers and user groups to hide fields/tabs/pipelines. Which makes it possible to do two different activities in different pipelines. For example, there are Sales and Production pipelines in these pipelines, you can configure which fields to show and which to hide because they are not needed.
GENERAL SETTINGS
Go to the Settings section.
Specify the parameters:
  • "Type of action" – select the type of action (field, tab or pipeline).
  • "For " – select an employee or a group of employees (department), as well as, if necessary, a pipeline/stage.
  • "Subject" – select specific fields from the list
  • Click Add to save the rule in the list.
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the settings.

Hiding fields

  • In the Action Type column, select Hide field
  • In the column For, select the manager/group of managers for whom we want to hide the field or pipeline/stage in which you need to hide the tab
  • In the Subject column, select the field/fields to hide

Hiding tabs

  • In the Action Type column, select Hide tab
  • In the column For, select the manager/group of managers for whom we want to hide the tab or pipeline/stage in which you need to hide the tab
  • In the Subject column, select the tab/tabs to hide

Hiding the Piepelines

  • In the Action Type column, select Hide Pipeline
  • In the column For, select the manager/group of managers for whom we want to hide the tab or pipeline/stage in which you need to hide the tab
  • In the Subject column, select the pipeline to hide
