AI mail parser in Kommo
AI Mail Parser is a widget for Kommo that automates the processing of incoming emails and extracts key information from them.
CONFIGURING THE WIDGET
The widget is configured in the pipeline settings
Select the stage for the trigger ➜ click +Add trigger ➜ enter the AI mail parser in the search
In the Instructions field, enter the task for AI
Select fields to fill in, by default, all fields that are understandable for AI are filled in.
Click Done ➜ save pipeline settings
