Before you start using the widget, you need to install the desktop version of WhatsApp.
This can be done by clicking here
After installing the widget, the buttons "Write to WhatsApp Web" and "Write to WhatsApp Desktop" will appear in the lead.
- when you click on the "Write to WhatsApp Web" button, the WhatsApp window opens in a new tab with a dialog of the number owner
- when you click on the "Write to WhatsApp Desktop" button, a window opens in a new tab
- in this tab, you need to click on the "Open WhatsApp application" button
- and you can start a dialogue with the client
