Getting a Telegram number

  1. In the Telegram search, look for “NOVA notifications” or @nova_notif_bot
  2. Click Run
  3. Enter the command @nova_notif_bot
  4. Get number

Adding users

  1. In Kommo, open the Add users section.
  2. Select a user.
  3. Specify Full name.
  4. Insert the Telegram number that the bot sent.
  5. Click Save.

If you need to add a person who is not in Kommo, in the “User” field, select Outside Kommo.

Setting up notifications

  1. In the pipeline, click Customize
  2. Click Add trigger
  3. In the search, find Notifications in TelegramAdd

  1. Specify the event at which the message should be sent.
  2. Select recipients
  3. Set the days to send the message
  4. Select the time to send the message

  1. Enter your message

  • To insert keys, use the [ symbol and select a field from the list
  • You can also insert fields by ID: [[lead.cf_12345]], more details below...

  1. (Optional) add a bot that will launch after replying to a message
  2. Add a bot button and enter the name of the button (see how to create a bot below)
  3. Click Done

  • You can also create a new Salesbot directly in the settings; to do this, click Open Salesbot settings

Inserting fields by ID: see the end of the instructions for how to find the field ID.

  • If your account has fields with the same name, or the names change periodically, then you can insert fields by their ID.
  • This works for all entities in leads, contacts and companies.
  • To do this, use the format [[lead.cf_12345]], where 12345 is the field ID in Kommo.

  1. *Bold text* – two asterisks on both sides of the text.
  2. _Italic text_– one underscore at the beginning of the text, one underscore at the end of the text.
  3. __Underlined text__ - two underscores on both sides.
  4. `Monospace text` – one sign on both ends apostrophe.
  5. ||Spoiler|| – two straight lines on both sides
  6. ~Strikethrough text~ - one tilde on both sides.
