Sales scripts

Managers who are engaged in calling customers face a negative reaction and refusals. This leads to burnout, reduced motivation and productivity. The Sales Scripts widget helps the manager to "form" a conversation and manage it.

NOW TO SET UP A WIDGET


To configure the widget, go to settings
Next, click on Add
A new script will be displayed (by default for leads)
In order to open the script, click on the arrow
The settings window opens. In the field, Enter the name of the script you need to keep the name
Next, you need to add the block open Block 1
Enter the block name and description

1. Text field - you can select a field with the text type and a number from the Leads/Contact entities/ The company that will fill up at the end of the conversation
2. Text area - you can select a field with the text area type from the Leads/Contact entities/ The company that will fill up at the end of the conversation
3. Date - you can select a field with the date type from the Leads/Contact entities/ The company that will fill up at the end of the conversation
4. Add a drop-down list - you can select a field with the type text, number, list, multi-list from the Leads/Contact entities/ The company must be filled with pre-prepared data
5. Add a button - the button is used to move to the next block or launch the bot after the dialog is completed

If necessary, you can add a new block. To go to the next block, click on the Add button, enter the name and select the block name from the list. You can also add an existing Salesbot that starts when you click on the button, or add a new one if you click on Open Salesbot settings.

After creating the script, click on Save
After creating the script, you can edit it, but be sure to click Save later

To run the script when talking to the client, go to the Scripts tab in the leads and select the desired script
