The widget automatically assigns the task to the responsible manager when reading the letter.

Sales conversion often depends on the speed of reaction to the reading of the letter by the client. Therefore, we have developed a widget that allows you to set a task as soon as the client reads the letter. Accordingly, as soon as the letter is read, the responsible manager will be tasked with saying that the letter has been read and can call the client and discuss, for example, questions about the read commercial offer.
Configuring the widget
By default, the widget sets a task when reading a letter in the first transaction of the contact where the letter arrived. You can specify in the widget settings at which specific stages the task should be set when reading the letter.

If there is no transaction in the configured stages of the funnel, then the task will not be set accordingly.
