Combining company duplicates in Kommo
Automatic merging of duplicates of companies. As soon as a duplicate appears in the system, the widget combines the company's data. When merging in the final company, all non-empty fields in duplicates are filled in, if the same field is filled in duplicates, the value from the older contact is selected.

- INN
- phone
- email (e-mail)
- additional fields
- combining duplicates of companies in favor of a more previously created company;
- combining duplicates of companies in favor of a newer company.
When merging in the final company, all non-empty fields in duplicates are filled in.

configuring the widget
After installing the widget, you need to go to the "Combining duplicate companies" tab in the Settings section
In the drop-down list, select the field by which the companies will be glued together
Important!! Companies that have the same one of the specified fields are merged. If you specify the number and email and the company only has the same number, and the email will be different, then the companies will merge with each other, the second email will be added to the final company. The final company will have one number and two email addresses.
You can add an exception, for example, a number or address for which the merge should not occur :
In the Exceptions (occurrences) block, enter the data and click Add
When you click on the Launch button, the merger will take place for new companies
When you click on the Database Processing first button, the widget will merge the old companies first, and then it will merge new companies

Cancellation can be made only within 30 days from the date of the merger. After the expiration of 30 days, the old deleted entities are permanently deleted from Kommo.
