Prohibition of the movement of leads (prohibition to move backwards) Kommo

The widget restricts the ability to move transactions in certain stages. The settings select the stages to which transactions cannot be moved. Kommo users who do not have administrator rights will not be able to move transactions through the funnel.

If this widget does not solve all the tasks and requires improvement, we can refine it for you.

WIDGET SETTINGS


1. To configure the widget, go to the funnel setting, click on +Add trigger and enter a Prohibition of Deal Movement in the search, click on Add
2. In the trigger window, select the conditions and the stage/stages for which you want to prohibit movement. Be sure to save the funnel settings

HOW THE WIDGET WORKS

  1. After the transaction hits the trigger stage, a code will appear in the n_lead_deny field, after that it will not be possible to move to the selected stages.
  2. The widget blocks the mass change of stages (list view) and the change of stages in kanban. At the same time, it remains possible to change the stages individually in transactions according to the widget settings.
  3. To drag a deal to a stage that was forbidden to move, it is necessary to place a trigger in the stage where the deal will fall without selecting a stage. After entering the trigger stage, the n_lead_deny field is cleared. And you can move the transaction to a stage that was prohibited before

In order to prohibit movement for the administrator, it is necessary to click on the "Restrict for administrator" checkbox in the trigger settings
