Widget setup

Go to the Settings section.

Specify the parameters:

  • "Type of action" – select the type of action (field, tab or pipeline).
  • "For" – select an employee or a group of employees (department), as well as, if necessary, a pipeline/stage.
  • "Subject" – select specific fields from the list
  • Click Add to save the rule in the list.
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the settings.

Hiding fields

  • In the Action Type column, select Hide field.
  • In the For column, select the manager or group of managers for whom we want to hide the field or the pipeline/stage where the tab needs to be hidden.
  • In the Subject column, select the field or fields to hide.

Hiding tabs

  • In the Action Type column, select Hide tab.
  • In the For column, select the manager or group of managers for whom we want to hide the tab or the pipeline/stage where the tab needs to be hidden.
  • In the Subject column, select the tab or tabs to hide.

Hiding pipelines

  • In the Action Type column, select Hide Pipeline.
  • In the For column, select the manager or group of managers for whom we want to hide the pipeline or the pipeline/stage where the tab needs to be hidden.
  • In the Subject column, select the pipeline to hide.
