Widget setup

When you go to settings, all the lists that are on your account will be displayed in the settings

To enable the list, you must click on List disabled from widget

Next you can select whether it is possible to add existing items to a lead
- Cannot - means that for this list you can add only new products to a lead (unique products for each lead)
- Only items associated with a company or contact (added earlier) - means that only those products that were added earlier in other leads with this company or contact and now remain in these leads can be linked to a lead.
- All - means you can add to the lead all the products that are in this lead list

In the Select list fields that will be displayed in the lead field, you can select the list fields that will be displayed in the lead

When you enable the "You can create items in a lead" checkbox, you can create new items for the list in the lead.

How to use?

If you select Cannot in the “Can add existing elements” list setting, then you can add a new element for this list. No other list items will be available.

To add an element, click on Add element, fill in the fields in the window that appears and click Create

This element will be unique only for this lead

If “Only items associated with a company or contact (previously added)” is selected in the list settings, it means that there will be unique products for the contact/company

If a lead with the same contact appears, then from this list you can add only those products that were previously linked to it, or add new ones (if the "You can create items in a lead" checkbox is enabled in the settings).

To change the quantity of added products, you need to hover over the block with the quantity and enter the required number of items.

If All is selected in the “Can add existing items” list setting, then all products from this list can be added to the lead

Do not display products that are out of stock

The function allows you to show in the lead card only those products that are in stock, excluding unavailable items from the list and preventing errors when placing orders.

To configure, you need to go to the Settings section and select the desired list:
