Autotasks in Kommo leads without tasks

The widget scans all active leads in the pipeline, excluding those that are already closed or successfully completed, and creates tasks for them

Features

The task is set if there is no task in the lead for more than 5 minutes
If there are tasks, the widget does not interfere with work
Provides the option “Do not check for tasks”, which excludes this lead from checking for tasks

Widget setup

After installation, you need to go to the widget settings

Select the pipelines/stages for which a task should be created

Select the person responsible for assigning the task

Select task type

If necessary, enter the task text

After setting, click Save

Important: the widget does not check for missing tasks instantly. If there are no tasks in a lead for 5 minutes, the widget creates a new task. Task creation may take up to 30 minutes.

If you don't need to set a task

If a task should not be created for a specific lead, open it and click the toggle in the Do not check for tasks field (the field is added automatically after installing the widget)
