Auto tasks in leads without tasks in Kommo
One of the main philosophies of Kommo is that everything should be fixed and not one active lead should be forgotten.Our widget allows you to make sure that you do not forget about leads by automatically creating a task for the responsible person in an active lead in which there are no tasks.
The widget finds all active leads in all funnel statuses, except "closed and not implemented" and "successfully implemented", pushing them to active tasks. If there are no active tasks, then the widget puts the task on the person responsible for the lead. After installing the widget, the trigger field "Do not check for tasks" will appear in the lead, if this field is selected with the "yes" flag, then it will not check this lead.
The widget does not immediately set a task, and if there is no task in the lead for more than 5 minutes. This will allow the manager, after closing the previous task, to complete his task, then the widget will not set a forced task.
If this widget does not solve all the tasks and requires improvement, we can refine it for you.

Configuring the widget
After installation, you need to go to the widget settings
Select the Pipeline/stages for which you need to set the task
Select the responsible person to whom you want to set the task
Select the task type
If necessary, enter the task text
After setting up, click Save
If you don't need to set a task
If you do not need to set a task for some lead, then you need to go to it and click on the toggle switch in the Do not check for tasks field (the field is added automatically after installing the widget)
