Widget setup

To work with the widget, it is enough to have Telegram installed on the device or use Telegram Web. If necessary, the desktop version of Telegram can be downloaded here.

After installing the widget, the "Write to Telegram" button will appear in the leads.

  • clicking on the button opens a window in a new tab.
  • in this tab, you need to click on the "Open Telegram application" button
  • and you can start a dialogue with the client.
