Emails can be sent via Digital Pipeline or Salesbot.
Setup in Digital Pipeline
To configure, you need to go to the pipeline settings
At the right stage, click on +Add trigger
In the search enter Email newsletter
- Select "Run"
- Select a ready-made “Letter Template”
- Select “Field with email”
- Selects from whom the "Send from" letters will be sent
- Click "Done"
- Saving pipeline settings
Setup in Salesbot
Sending also works in Salesbot. Add the Email newsletter widget block to the scenario and set the same options: email template, email field, and sender.
