Settings

To enable the function of changing the date of creation/closing of leads, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the NOVA platform
  2. Go to the Tools section
  3. Find Change of lead creation/closing date
  4. Enable the checkbox to activate the function
  5. Select managers who can change dates

How to use?

After setting up the widget, you can change the lead creation date, and for closed leads, also the closing date:

  1. Enter the desired lead
  2. Go to the Statistics tab
  3. Find the Creation Date field
  4. Change the creation date to the required one
  5. If the lead is already closed, change the Closing Date field as needed.
