Widget description

The "All company contacts" widget automatically displays company contacts directly in the lead or customer card.

This allows you to see a complete picture of all contact persons of the company without the need to go to the company card.

How the widget works

The widget works according to the following principle:

  • Analyzes the company linked to the lead or customer
  • Finds contacts linked to this company
  • Displays them in a convenient list directly in the entity card
  • Shows company contacts that have not yet been directly attached to the current lead

The widget is especially useful when working with corporate clients, where one contract or project may affect several company contacts.

Widget setup

To use the widget, just install it. By default it starts working immediately, and if necessary you can choose which contact fields to display in the advanced settings.

The widget displays company contacts that have not yet been attached to the current lead or customer.

How to use

To view all company contacts, you need to open the drop-down list in the widget

In the list you will see:

  • Contact name
  • Contact details (phone, email)
  • Additional contact fields if they are selected in the settings
  • Quick access to the contact card
