AI Mail Parser is a widget for Kommo that automates the processing of incoming emails and extracts key information from them. The system recognizes the key elements of the letter and automatically enters the information into Kommo.
Detailed guide for working with widget "AI mail parser in Kommo"
The widget is configured in pipeline settings
Select stage for the trigger ➜ click +Add trigger ➜ enter AI mail parser in the search
In the Instructions field, enter a task for AI
Select the fields to fill in; by default, all fields available to AI are filled in
Click on Finish ➜ save pipeline settings
After a lead reaches the trigger stage, the widget gets the latest email, adds a note, and fills in the required fields
